Hey y'all!!! I've been a little busy just getting back into a routine and so I haven't been able to update. But I do have a very cool thing to share with you!!!

I have another Craiglist SCORE.

I've been on the hunt for a Baker's rack...not for my kitchen, my kitchen isn't that big - not for a baker's rack - but for my covered patio.  For all the backyard goodies.  And since it's Spring, we decided to at least clear out some of the junk from our covered patio....

Check out her beauty...

This is me just putting some stuff out to see how it will look....

Another BIG thing happening is our trees came down this weekend.  First my backyard tree, it was straight smack in the middle of the yard!!! So down it went....I don't have the BIG before cuz it's on hubby's phone...but it was HUGE. 

 

Another update in the backyard was the fence, we have a chain link fence - ewwwww, I know came with the house, what can I say.  and the wood (rotted) fence behind is our neighbors.  So, we put up new wood fence, we want the pvc, but one step at a time.  Right now we needed a quick fix.

 The tree is really gone....

 Do you see that ? it's ugly and my dog has taken the liberty of harassing my poor neighbors to death when they step out with their tiny little dog. It was annoying not just to my neighbors, but to me as well!!! 

 There's my annoying dog.  eeewwwww - isn't it ugly (the fence) lol. !!!

awwwwww.....new wood fence, we put it right over chain link fence, it's just a quick fix anyways. I hope it holds up for at least 3 years or 5....until we can save up to do the real nice pvc....

  Gosh what a difference....

 Oh yeah that stump will be grinded at some point this week....progress....

 I almost forgot to show you the tree in the front is gone...that one coming down was kind of hard....the house looks so empty now...

 It's weird to look and there's no tree...

But this tree was already sick....let's see how we spruce up this front yard.

Until next time...if it's not one thing it's the other....let's see if I can get back inside and finish off some other projects.  Gotta get ready for the summer!
